Embrace the Positive
Do you ever find yourself believing the thought “I’m not good enough”? If so, you might be setting yourself up for unnecessary suffering. Thoughts like “I’m not good enough, smart enough, clever enough, or don’t have enough friends” create an unhappy existence, rooted in the false belief that our worth is tied to what we do or achieve.
Often, these negative self-perceptions manifest as unkind behavior towards others, self-destructive habits, or a pervasive sense of lacking. By paying closer attention to your thoughts, you can start to shift away from these negative judgments about yourself and others. Replace them with affirmations that highlight the positive and healthy aspects of yourself and those around you.
This shift takes practice and requires staying present in the moment, but it will lead to greater peace, contentment, and joy in your life.
See you next Sunday! Peace.
