The Time is NOW!
NOW is the time to begin to live consciously. This means becoming aware of your thoughts which are really your inner conversations (self talk). Once you begin this practice you will recognize the non-stop stories you tell yourself throughout the day. This is an important way to begin to challenge unhealthy thoughts and beliefs that control your waking hours. Once recognized, you can begin to dismantle any of these that do not lead to happiness and joy in your life.
